    • When will my order ship and will I get a notification?

      All orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm (EST), will be shipped out same day. (EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS). All orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be shipped out next business day.

      Once your order has been placed you will receive an email notification with your order details. Once your order has been shipped you will get a second notification; advising you that the order has been shipped, along with the tracking number.

      Due to our low pricing, we do not offer any returns or exchanges, before placing the order we ask that you verify your purchase before placing the order. If at anytime you experience issues with your items we ask you reach out to the manufacture. The manufacture information can be found on the product itself or on the item packaging.

      It is difficult to say which our most popular flavor is as everyone has their own unique tastes and preferences! We have some of the most unique and high quality flavors in the market today. Our research and development team plan to introduce more unique and interesting e-liquid flavors in this ever evolving industry.     • What ingredients are used in E-Liquid?

      All E-Liquids ingredients contain both USP vegetable glycerin (VG) and propylene glycol (PG) along with USP grade flavouring (natural and artificial). E-Liquids may contain nicotine. E-Liquids without nicotine are also available for purchase.

    • Are E-Liquid and electronic cigarettes smoking cessation products?

      No. E-liquid and electronic cigarettes are not proven cessation products at this time. Electronic cigarettes and e-liquid provides an alternative to traditional cigarette smoking.

    • How old do I have to be to buy a vape?
